When will my parcel be shipped?

Generally, your parcel will be sent out 2 days after we receive your payment. We will update your account information, hence enabling you to trace your order online. Sometimes it may happen that your order may be out of stock. In this case, our customer service will notify you by either email or phone to confirm whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Why is my tracking number invalid or wrong?

If you encounter this issue, we would advise you to try and trace it again after a few hours. This is often caused by a delay within the express company’s system. If you’re still unable to track your information after 24 hours, please do feel free to contact our customer service.
